Our commitment to our eTextbook customers
At Sage we understand that the Higher Education market is seeing an accelerated transformation towards the digital delivery of teaching and learning resources. To support our library and faculty customers we recognise the need to outline our commitment to providing an eTextbook programme that supports faculty and enables students to easily access Sage content their institution has purchased, whether from us directly or via partner aggregators.

Student access
We believe students at an institution should be able to access learning resources as and when required, particularly where this fits with an institution’s mandate for equitable and accessible resources.
Fair and sustainable pricing
We understand the budgetary pressures that institutions face, and we will support our customers with fair pricing for unlimited access to our eTextbooks. We offer our eTextbooks as an annual-lease subscription to ensure the sustainability of our textbook programme, greater flexibility and an affordable price point for our institutions, and to guarantee that our eTextbooks offer the most up-to-date and pedagogically robust solutions for students.
Digital accessibility for all users
It is part of Sage’s vision and overall mission to disseminate teaching and research materials on a global scale, by combining quality and innovation and by actively responding to the needs of our customers. As such, whenever possible, Sage endeavours to make the process of obtaining accessible content simple. We believe in partnering only with responsible vendors, who hold the accessibility needs of our users at the centre of their technology and are committed to approved accessibility statements.
