How can we increase inclusivity in journals publishing?
The work of removing barriers to access and creating more equitable spaces within academic publishing needs to happen on all levels. This means that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives are not just implemented by senior management but should also be adopted by individual departments and employees. This allows for more targeted action and an understanding of the role played by different aspects of academic publishing.
